A well-maintained green garden and a 4.00 x 8.40 metre swimming pool with sun terrace complete the property. The private pool is filled with natural saltwater, resulting in crystal-clear water without chlorine or large amounts of water treatment chemicals.
All pergolas on the ground floor above the terrace and on the roof are fitted with adjustable louvres that provide shade as well as ventilation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect cooking experience. The rooftop kitchen is also equipped with dishes, cutlery and more, so there is no need to constantly go up and down.

Highlight dieser wunderschönen Villa ist die traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Aussenküche (Spülmaschine, Herd, Grill, Kühlschrank), mehreren Sitz- sowie Liegemöglichkeiten und einem grandiosen 360° Panoramablick auf die Berge, das Meer und den Naturhafen von Portocolom. Hier ein BBQ am Abend mit einem Sun Downer auf der Dachterrasse genießen, was kann es schöneres geben.
Ein gepflegter grüner Gartenbereich und ein 4,00 x 8,40 Meter grosser Swimmingpool und Liegeterrasse machen dieses Objekt komplett. Gefüllt ist der private Swimmingpool mit natürlichem Salzwasser. Das Ergebnis ist kristallklares Wasser ohne Chlor oder große Mengen an Wasserpflegemitteln.
Alle Pergolas im Erdgeschoss über der Terrasse und auch die Pergolas auf dem Dach sind mit verstellbaren Lamellen ausgestattet, die für Schatten aber auch für Durchlüftung sorgen.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein perfektes Kocherlebnis benötigt. Auch die Küche auf der Dachterrasse ist mit Geschirr und Besteck usw. ausgestattet, so dass ein dauerndes Hoch und Runterlaufen nicht nötig ist.
Portocolom steht für das ursprüngliche Mallorca, ohne gleichzeitig auf die Annehmlichkeiten eines modernen Ferienortes verzichten zu müssen. Vom Flughafen in rund 50 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
